fees
Full
rate conference fees include accommodation in Van Mildert
College (where the conference itself will take place) for
the duration of the conference (i.e. the nights of 13 and
14 September), all meals and a conference dinner on
Thursday evening.
Accommodation (Bed & Breakfast) can be arranged for
stay before and after the conference, and provision has
been made on the booking form to identify whether and when
you wish to stay outside the nights of the conference
itself. Details of rates are given below. The basic
difference in en
suite and standard
accommodation
is that the en suite rooms have bathroom facilities in the
room. The standard rooms have shared bathroom facilities.
Please note that Van Mildert is used to accommodate
Durham’s student population during the year.

Conference delegates who wish to book accommodation outside
the conference venue are invited to contact
Durham’s Tourist Information Centre
and to book
as day delegate on the booking form.

Transfers between Newcastle & Teesside airports and Van
Mildert college will be organised at the cost of £25 (or
£50 for return journey) for those interested. Please
indicate on your booking for that you wish to receive
information about this.
